Dry Clean Only is the space for everything—from yoga workshops and movie nights to book fairs, markets, fashion events… the possibilities are endless! With an open concept floorplan, the space can be transformed to fit whatever vibe you're going for. Whether a line-dancing cocktail hour or a cookie decorating workshop, DCO is excited to host all types of events!
BAR
Our bar area features a statement built-in bar and accordion door to the adjoining patio. The space is easily separated from the rest of the event area, making it a great option for smaller intimate events or precursor cocktail hours.
MAIN EVENT SPACE
Our 3173 SQ FT main space feels open, airy and full of possibilities. The high barrel ceilings and modern finishes keep this industrial space feeling light.

Yes, we have an attached parking lot that fits 17 cars! We are located in a neighborhood with plentiful street parking.

Our WiFi mesh network allows for custom networking and hardwire solutions. Basic WiFi is included with streaming upload and download speeds

We offer 5 and 10 hour base rental packages for our full space or just the bar area with flexible timing and rates!
