How much does it cost to book an event or shoot at Dry Clean Only?
Dry Clean Only pricing varies based on event size, required setup and breakdown time, day of the week, and season. Please reach out for a custom quote!

Is there anything else needed to book my event?
With the exception of certain events, we require all clients to work with a professional event coordinator for their event at Dry Clean Only. We also require all clients and vendors to have adequate event insurance.

How far in advance should I reach out?

The sooner, the better! Weekends at Dry Clean Only, especially during peak wedding season (June through October), are limited and booking can be tight. When you know that Dry Clean Only is the event space for you, get in touch right away to place a deposit and secure your preferred date.

Where should I park?

Dry Clean Only has a dedicated parking lot for our clients and your guests! Our neighborhood also ample street parking. And a designated ride share pickup is on the block.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?

Yes, we offer 501(c) non-profits a 10% discount on the space rental.

Do you have exclusive vendor partnerships?

While we have a preferred list of vendors we have good working relationships with, these vendors are not exclusive to the space.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No, our bar program is exclusive. DCO must provide all alcohol and coffee beverages.

What about catering? do I have to use DCO preferred vendors?

We allow you to bring in any licensed food vendors you want. From food trucks to catering, and everything in between we will work with you to make your food options work.

Do you have indoor and outdoor space?

We do! We have a patio (with heaters for the winter!) and an entire parking lot should you want to throw a food truck party! Our rental includes both spaces so you can plan your event exactly how you want.

What outside vendors do you allow?

With the exception of our bar program, we allow ANY outside vendors. We have a fantastic list of preferred vendors we’re happy to share, but rest assured, all are welcome.
