GETTING READY AREA

Our 221 SQ FT private getting ready suite is a relaxing space to prepare for your event. Including a storage area, full length mirror, hooks and power outlets for every mirror, you can get ready in comfort.

MEZZANINE

Our 283 SQ FT mezzanine is a great secondary getting ready area or private space for meetings. It is also the perfect VIP seating area with a full view of the main event space.

BAR

Our bar area features a statement built-in bar and accordion door to the adjoining patio. The space is easily separated from the rest of the event area, making it a great option for smaller intimate events or precursor cocktail hours.

MAIN EVENT SPACE

Our 3173 SQ FT main space feels open, airy and full of possibilities. The high barrel ceilings and modern finishes keep this industrial space feeling light.

  • a collection of finished banquet tables, standard rounds, finished cocktail tables and wide acrylic chairs for up to 225 people

  • an adjoining patio perfect for cocktail hour, with an accordion door that turns the bar into an indoor/outdoor space

  • Our main event space has room for 225 seated guests without a dancefloor. The capacity for the entire space is 300.

  • Yes, we have an attached parking lot that fits 17 cars! We are located in a neighborhood with plentiful street parking.

  • Our WiFi mesh network allows for custom networking and hardwire solutions. Basic WiFi is included with streaming upload and download speeds

  • We offer 5 and 10 hour base rental packages for our full space or just the bar area with flexible timing and rates!

  • Whether custom couples cocktails, espresso service or movie themed mocktails, our exclusive partnership with our in-house beverage team has you covered.

  • While we do have a preferred vendor list, you are welcome to book your own vendors! We do require a professional coordinator for all events.
